Service Technician - Holland 

Village MotorSports of Holland is looking to hire a reliable and experienced motorcycle/ATV/UTV technician. Qualified technician must be able to diagnose, adjust, repair, and/ or overhaul motorcycles and other similar motorized power vehicles including scooters, mopeds, dirt bikes, ATV, UTV, snowmobiles, and PWC's.

MOTORCYCLE SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Minimum of 2 years of automotive or motorcycle technician experience or equivalent schooling
  • Must have reliable transportation and have your own toolbox and tools
  • Experience servicing motorcycles/ATV/UTV's is preferred
  • Must be respectful and possess a team player attitude to work collaboratively alongside other trained technicians
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work Monday thru Saturday (Closed Sundays)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Adhere to a drug free work environment and company safety guidelines


Prep & Assembly / Porter - Holland

Duties to include but not limited to:
  • Service yard and general dealer grounds organization of products, cleanup, and maintenance including snow removal
  • Machine builds, setup, and preps
  • Ability to lift and move products above 75lbs is sometimes needed
  • Driving truck with a trailer for customer deliveries and pickups for Sales and Service
  • Some light mechanic work is possible so a mechanical background would be a plus as well as the ability to follow build directions of units (PDI’s)
You will also be operating a forklift quite a bit (will train if needed), forklift operation will include:
  • Fork lifting of Sales and Service units
  • Loading and unloading customer units
  • Unloading Sales unit deliveries from semi-trucks-both crated and uncrated units
  • Bringing Sales and Service units into technician work bays and bringing units back outside when completed


Service Writer - Holland

Service Writer Responsibilities:
  • Schedule customer repairs via phone calls, and web requests while simultaneously helping in-store customers
  • Assist customers with checking in vehicles
  • Cashier customers picking up vehicles
  • Use technician repair order notes to explain repairs to customers and acquire authorization for additional repairs
  • Read and decipher parts diagrams to explain repairs to customers
  • Work collaboratively alongside trained technicians to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Submit warranties to manufacturers for authorization
  • Available to work based around a Monday through Saturday schedule (Closed Sundays)
