I started shopping for a Ranger after rebates were announced and found the model I wanted was in short supply. I had talked to Polaris owners and 2 of them told me that Village MS was the place to buy. I was able to find a few and Village had the best price by far. I was dealing with Ian at the Holland location and was able to make the deal over the phone. Ian made it very easy to finalize the purchase and was very helpful. First thing that needs to be said is this is not where I purchased my Spyder!Took my Spyder to Village Motorsports of Holland, MI for what I thought was same minor warranty work. Frunk was getting water in it, air compressor cycling too often in 1 sec burst, and a ticking noise like an ignition wire short, but the bike didn't have a miss.

Frunk seal was replaced, and still had a small leak due to an accessory plug where the battery tender wire ran through. that they tracked down and repaired. Air system had a hose with a small pinhole in it which was ordered and replaced, compressor was checked, and system was re-calibrated through the BUDS system.

A purge valve was making the clicking noise, it was ordered on and hoped to have it on for me to get the bike back for the weekend. The part was delivered to the wrong company to disappear into a black hole somewhere never to be found.

I received an update from he service manager telling me that the part would have to be reordered Monday, however if I needed the bike for a planned ride over the weekend, they would reassemble it for me and I could take it and bring it back Monday. I knew that this would create a large amount of extra work for them so I declined. (but how many dealers would have even offered?)

A new part was ordered again and overnight-ed to the shop, they received it yesterday afternoon. I told them I was having withdrawal symptoms and really NEEDED to pick the bike up last night. Jason the service manager and a couple of the mechanics worked until after their closing time, and then waited for me to arrive to pick it up after they got it completed.Total cost to me was $0.00Wife and I put on a little over 100 miles last night and all is great. Thanks Jason and the crew at Village Motorsports of Holland, MI!!!!

Only draw back is the wife won't give up the wheel!!!!

We came in to get a flat repaired for my boys bike, and look at the new ones (for me). Before Josh (service department) made time in his schedule to fix the tire he introduced me to Ryan (sales). Ryan asked a couple of questions to gauge my skills and abilities, then appropriately pointed me in the right direction towards the TTR's. He understood the financial limitations I was working with having a family, and worked with me in every area to make it an affordable purchase. The discussion was totally not stressful and never once did I feel pressured to purchase. He even gave me the time needed to text my financial advisor (wife). Naturally once the decision was made, I was anxious to get on the bike and ride, but alas it needed the final go through before it could leave the shop. Josh and his crew understood our excitement and true to their word, had the bike ready to ride before the close of business that day. This is by far one one of the least stressful, no pressure sales, knowledgable dealerships (of any kind) I have been in for awhile. They even had the courtesy to throw in a ball cap for my youngest son so that we all had something to show off to Mom when we got home! Bought a raptor 90 got the best deal from village even gave me a deal on accessories. Got it home and it wasn't running right i thought called village and they were going to send a service guy asap to look at it a hour after i got it home turns out it was the speed limiter. But thats great service to me i had a new atv and they were going to make sure i was going to be able to ride it.

Well as the others have said, there is nothing but great things to say about Village. I have dealt with sales, service and parts. Each time it was done well, exactly what was said, and any issue I ever did have, Shane went above and beyond to fix it and made sure I felt I was treated fairly.

I have searched several area dealers from Kalamazoo to up North and ended up at Village. I have not been disappointed once, and would never purchase from any other dealer.

If you are in the market for a new toy, Village will give you a great price but the purchase is the easy part, it is what they do after the sale that makes Shane and his group so exceptional.

I have dealt with many motorsports dealers over the past 20 years in west Michigan and none of them have given me the continual customer service that Village Motorsports has. Other places shine during the sale and immediately treat you like a stranger afterwards.After some to do with another Artic Cat dealer unable and unwilling to help me obtain a replacement frame for my quad I called Shane and within 24 hours had a frame on the way with no leg work on my end. I had called the other dealer 6 times in a week period always with a response "We are waiting on Artic Cat".Since my extremely good experience with purchasing a few vehicles from them I have witnessed over and above service from parts being hand delivered to my vehicles being picked up and dropped off for service to help accommodate my busy schedule. They simply have the best customer service I have seen from any company in a long time. I wouldn't purchase a toy from anyone else.

I've owned ATVs for over 30 years and have dealt with a number of dealerships. However, Village Motor Sports is a step above.Shane and his staff run a class act. I bought a new UTV last November from Shane and have been very happy with sales, parts, and service as well. I bought a first year model and as is quite common had a few warranty items. Shane has been more than willing to go to the manufacturer and have these items addressed under warranty. In fact one time when my pickup was in the shop for repair I was not able to bring my UTV in for scheduled maintenance. No problem-Shane sent somebody to pick it up. Now that's what I call service! I'd tell anybody to shop at Village Motor Sports with confidence and don't look back.

Just bought a 2003 harley from Paul and couldn't be happier. They saw a small oil leak and could of just said it is as is but instead ordered the part i needed and installed it for free. Would recommend Paul for anyone looking for a nice ride.

Today I picked up my new 2015 Can am Maverick Max from Village Motor Sports of Holland MI. At the holland village motorsports location they have a small test track to try out certain machines to see if you like the way they handle before you were to buy. Both Paul and Shane made this purchase effortless for myself with them working with the bank, insurance company, etc to make this a very easy and effortless expiernce for myself. They got me the lowest price on this machine period. I researched many other dealers both in and out of state and they beat all the other deals out there.
